It may only support AAC with a lower bitrate. Itunes will allow HD audio files like AIFF and ALAC with bitrates of 44khz/16bit audio to uploaded to the player (iPhone) but not all bluetooth devices will play the digital format of AIFF or ALAC but most AAC files (most common in Itunes Store). You can use the menu in iTunes to make an AAC copy of your files if they're in another form such as AIFF or ALAC. Just right click on the song to see INFO on the song and it will tell you what format it is in.

There are 2 Methods
1 is via Bluetooth other option is using a USB data cable
via Bluetooth - Switch on BT on both PC and phone. - Click on BT icon in the phone and select send a file or you may send directly by selecting the file. - Accept the file receiving via phone.

- Connect the cable. - Select Mass Storage from the phone , when prompted. - Copy files to the newly installed removable drive (Which is phone's memory)

The infrared port is by the left side of the phone, it is along the line that splits the front and the back of the phone. It is mostly covered by a thick red glass or plastic.

Infrared is a device on a phone that allows you to send and receive file using the infrared radiation wireless wave. It works like a bluetooth device, just that it must be placed close to the infrared port of the phone that is sending or receiving files from. You cannot send or receive files that does not have infrared using your own infrared.

Infrared can be used to send and receive files (data, song, pictures, videos etc).

To use the infrared of the sony ericsson K220i, you have to go to your phone 'menu', go to the 'settings', select the 'connectivity', then you select the 'infrared', turn it 'on', when you are to receive a file, you place your phone close to the sending devices infrared port. Also when receiving a file, you do the same.

When you want to send a file through infrared, you go to the file you want to send, you select the option, select send from the option, a pop up blog will come up asking you how you want to send the file, you select via infrared and your infrared will come on, the device you are sending it to would have its infrared turned on as well. The infrared ports must be placed close to themselves before the files can be sent.

You can download ganes to you phone through different methods like: Over-the-Air (OTA), Infrared (IR), Bluetooth and Cable

1. For uploading through OTA: make sure your wap is well configured and working (each operator has different settings). Enter the .jad url of the game (URL of jad can be found below), then the phone will automatically download the .jad file. After the .jad file is downloaded you will be prompted to confirm the downloading of the .jar file. If you press yes then you can download the file and install the game. Volia! In general you should make sure that the .jar file will fit on your phone. Some devices like Nokia Series 40 (MIDP1) limit the .jar size to 64k, others will limit it to under 100k. Also most devices have a low limitation on the size of all games (midlets) installed, so you should always check the available memory and in some cases remove any old unused games. We have taken the limitation of each device into consideration and there's nothing to worry about here.

2. For uploading through Infrared: First you should get an IRDA peripheral and connect it to your PC. It's usually a USB device. Connect it and install the software.
Now there are two cases:
a. either your phone supports IRDA directly and in such case it's sufficient to upload the .jar file to your phone by right clicking on the file and use 'Send to' menu. Note that you should configure IRDA properly to connect to the phone. We are using the following configuration for SigmaTel USB-IRDA: "Infrared Transiver Type": SigmaTel 4000, "Min. Turn-Around Time": 1.0ms, "Speed Enable": 115200.
b. or your phone doesn't support IRDA directly but has IR. In such case you should use your manufactorer software like Nokia PC Suite.
3. For uploading through Bluetooth: Usually this is faster and easier than Infrared. Install your Bluetooth usb device. Right click on the .jar file and select the menu 'bluetooth device' inside 'send to'. You can also pair your device with your computer to make things faster. Once the .jar file is on your phone then you can install it
4. For uploading through cable: some phones don't have neither Infrared nor bluetooth support. You can use the manufactorer cable and connect it your PC (either USB cable or com cable). In such case you should also use a dedicated software for uploading files to your device

this refers to the infrared transmitter. Some printers and other devices have infrared receivers to collect the information you would be sending without wires (this was done prior to wi-fi and is installed on many PDAs for legacy support. I would venture a guess that 90% or more of the people who own devices with the transmitter do not use it.

there are 2 ways that you can send your pictures onto your pc.

• find a cellphone from a friend or a person who got cellphone with bluetooth and infrared. you can transfer the pictures from your phone to his/her phone using infrared. just be sure that his or here cellphone got bluetooth aswell. then after he received it upload the pictures from his phone using computers bluetooth or his memory card.
• buy an infrared USB from an electronic shop then send your pictures using infrared from phone to your pc.

if u have access to another phone that you know CAN upload to the computer, bluetooth or infrared the photo's to that one and upload via it. there are also USB bluetooth AND infrared receivers that plug into your computers USB and can receive pictures or files from your phone that way.
they're the only ways i know of. Hope i was help.
