Setting up my H350 on a new phone

I received a new SAMSUNG SGH-A707 and either it or my Bluetooth won't link up. I search for new devices on my phone, while the bule tooth is on and I get the No Devices Found. I've tried turning off my headset, putting the phone in search, then tuning on the headset. I've tried headset already on and searching.

I have the Samsung SGH A707 phone, and book, but I lost the book for my H350 headset. I just need the pairing instructions for the headset.

    Thanks,

  • Frustrated11 Feb 11, 2008

    Have a Samsung Z230.

Once it found it I keyed in the recommended pasword 0000 but no connection generated.

When trying again it searches and searches and searches the H350 and does not find it.

After a while the H350 shuts itself down.

Trying to set up my motorola h350 bluetooth to my samsung s30 phone.

Hi,
Turn your H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off.

Pair your headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see Resources below).

Put your Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue.

Back in your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover" bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset and enter "0000" as the passcode.

Thank You

I have had a similar issue with SGH-A707, I have found that taking the device out of discover mode, then removing the battery from the phone to reboot it. once booted, turn on the bluetooth on the phone and put the device into discover mode. Should find it.

Bluetooth

removing the bluetooth is as simple as this:

menu, settings, connectivity, bluetooth, my devices, press down to get to the device you want to delete, press options, then delete.

h700:

menu, settings, connectivity, bluetooth, my devices, (should have at the top: search for new devices scrolling). Click that:

h700 bluetooth should be in pairing mode:

hold the center button down and wait for it to turn solid blue: the go back and search for new devices on the phone, when it finds the bluetooth, enter 4 0000 zeros for the passcode. The click if you want it to automatically connect or not.

Your done!
