I recommend to replace the control board. This is very critical matter for the electronic machine. see the diagram attached, How the controller motor hast the 80 of control of machine.

Hello Ernesto, thank you for fast response. Are you talking about replacing the Controller, which is about 900 dollars. I took the whole Controller from another working unit and it still gave me same Bad Controller Comm error message. Thank you for your patience
Reset the treadmill. Adjust the REED swtich +S.sensor see the picture attached. Tight and clean the ribbon cable for display++tight and clean the upper and lower connector for control and try again..Reset with the small switch attached to the side power button with small pencil eraser and make click. I own a gym and have 5 9500's...unfortunately it sounds like it the motor controller board which is around $800. National gym supply or sprotsmith has the part.
