My cell phone model (see above) will not get off silent mode. Please provide instructions as to how this is done.
Press and hold the pound key it is proven to work
Hold down the pound key, it goes back to regular mode

The asterick worked on my samsung a654....thanks. hitting the # only tried to put it in lock mode.
Try also hitting the astrisks(sp) key the pound key put mine in lock mode... the astrisks changes my lg back from normal mode to silent to manner mode
