I am having a problem with it draining, it turns and washes though, where is the filter?
E20 drain error, you need two people to do this safely, move unit forward, and lean washer back against a wall on a angle, get a deep dish baking tray or bucket, place under right hand side bottom under filter flap, push open flap and unscrew filter cap, clean cap and then use a pen or screwdriver to spin the paddle inside on drain pump, if she move freely with no resistance, most likey you need a new pump.

pull the machine out and put the drain hose into a bowl to empty the water out when you have emptied it try cleaning the pump filter and check the drain system for blockages if that is ok then it looks very much like your door interlock is duff good luck and rate me.....
SOURCE: E20 error when starting tumble dry cycle
E20 on your machine means some sort of Drain problem. If it actually goes through the Spin cycle o.k. then there is most likely some water still not drained out at the time of the tumble dry. Check the drain to make sure it isn't clogged. also the drain hose.

thank you larkinator.. that totally fixed the problem as far as i can see right now, I am letting it "wash" a load of nothing. it was a bunch of BS how they hid the filter... I had to literally take apart my whole machine. :-) but its fixed, THANKS!!!!!

E20 is "A problem with water draining"
Solutions:
The drain hose may be squashed or kinked
the drain pump may be blocked
or possible your filter is totally blocked. Clean out the filter
everything will work again. Put a large bowl under the filter as you
unscrew it; a fair amount of water could be there.
Good luck. Please rate the solution if accepted, also do post comments in case of any doubts.

Hi,
it might refer to any
blockage in the water supply. So cleaning the pump could primarily resolve this.
but it might also be a blockage in the soap tray (when available), the
tap or the hose attached to the tap or the air-gap or any water control structure. but most of the times, it is simple blockage of pump. just pull out the manual, remove, clean and replace the pump. this will solve your problem.
cheers
