The water lines might be frozen. The found the water lines in my fridge behind the bottom drawers and used a hair dryer to melt the ice.

Water dispensing solenoid is bad. You need to replace the solenoid valve. This typically is independent of the ice maker.

I have been studying your model most of the morning. The only thing I could come up with that would cause this is an electronic dispenser control. It may be defective.In the control the power is converted to DC and the water control valve work off of DC voltage. I am putting you with the best his name is Brian.
