SOURCE: Epic treadmill t60 is stuck in max incline how do
Usually when stuck at the max up position it indicates that you may need a new incline motor. It is not the sensor. I have been repairing treadmills for 15 years and incline sensors seldom if ever go bad. If can isolate the incline motor using a 110 volt power cord, this may un-jam the motor and get it back down to 0%.
I use www.treadmillpartszone.com for parts.
SOURCE: when starting my treadmill the incline just starts
This sounds like the treadmill is running an incline calibration. It will run to fully inclined, then to minimum incline.
It should not do this every time you want to operate the machine, but they will do it automatically if the operation of the machine is stopped by the power being interrupted..
SOURCE: incline and decline wont move, so the belt wont move either. Have a jazfit treadmill
1)LUBE THE DECK BELT, INMEDIATELY.
2) tES THE MOTOR INPUT VOLTAGE, IF THER ARE THE MOTOR NEED REPAIR.
3) tEST THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE BOARD, FOR INPUT VOLTAGE MOTOR, IF THERE ARE NOT THE BOARD IS FAULTY.
4) tRY TO RUN THE SOFTWARE CALIBRITATION.
SINCERELY.GOD BLESS YOU
1) i recommend that you lube very well deck belt + rollers bearing
2) see the videos.
3) see the block
4) Try to RUN the software calibration, for troubleshooting.
5) measure the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair.
6) Measure the output voltage board, for input voltage board, if there are NOT, the board is faulty.
Run the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.
2) LUBE the deck belt, this happen by lack of maintenance, maybe you have the deck worn.
3) lube the rollers bearing too
4) measure the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair.
5) measure the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
God bless you
