Completely dead, no response at all when we put the key on. Had previously been working. It does not seem like there's anything magnetized in the bar for the key to connect to.
We found that the problem stems from some broken wires behind the upper console. I found that we can order replacement wires to replace the broken ones, but are there any videos on how to replace them? It looks like these wires go directly into the circuit board. you place it where you place the centrifuge but you take the centrifuge off after that you use the magnetic capsule and put the beaker on it and then put the magnetic capsule in the beaker then lock the dome in place and turn it on
Remove dist. cap and make sure rotor is turning. If so, you have eliminated the timing belt as the problem. Now find and remove fuel rail pressure port connector valve cap. Looks like tire valve. Depress valve. You should have fuel pressure. If so, I would remove ignition module/coil pack assembly and have it checked for free at any major parts supplier. Disconnect negative cable before removing anything electrical
I had flashing lights in my braun tassimo and tried all previous solutions Cleaned the barcode reader Seated the water container properly The problem was down to the flosting magnet in the water container (which was floating when filled) The magnet had lost its strength somehow, so i held a strong magnet from from a fish tank cleaner at the back whilst the water container was in and it worked perfect Inside the machine is a sensor which detects the magnet that floats in the water container I am looking for a new magnet and will keep you informed if it worked when i get one Good luck from Ash
Absolutely. Could also be that the smart key has a dead battery or has been compromised by moisture, etc.
Can you still lock & unlock the car with the smart key? If so, the battery is not dead, and you should look next at the ignition itself. Is there any response when you put the key in? Can you turn it? Are there signs that your battery is drained (dim/no lights work, etc)? If you are getting no response when you put the key in and you can turn it, and it still works to unlock your car and you can verify that you have battery power, start by checking your fuses. The ignition and starter fuses would be the first to check.
Joe, Replace that left lid lock as I described in my previous post and you should be good to go. CL as the SM states is signaling the lid is closed from the left lid lock magnetic reed relay and lid magnet operating normal. That broken off left and right lid lock latch is preventing lid is locked signaling to the control board giving you the "FL" error code. I will check on the error code you describe tonight gotta to leave for work. Good luck Rich.
