I do hope this has been fixed for you by now starstruck32, but if not there definitely may be a bigger problem we would need to have a technician go out and check. What I would like you to do is go to Menu -> System Setup -> Installation -> Point Dish -> Check Switch -> Test. You can let me know here what it shows.
If only one satellite signal is still being recognized we would have to have a technician go out, if you could send me an email at
