The first thing you should have done was to search online for "driver for hitachi dz-gx20a". Doing so would have got you a hit on a Hitachi library.

try doing a full factory restore to wipe everything the password is protecting including the account. Now this will wipe everything you have put on the pc including paid for items such as anti virus etc.
the process it self it easy enough just type in to google
restore to factory settings (make & model)

It must be plugged into wall power to finalize. You cannot finalize on battery power
