Please see the video attached. and lube too the rollers bearing front+back. Test the drive belt motor fro crack, tight or replace it.
Test the output voltage from control board, for input voltage motor.
if there are OUTPUT voltage from control board, this is a o.k the motor is faulty. and viceversa. See my personal TIPS for help.

So, error code E55 as you specified does not exist. Any how, family error code 5 (first digit) means problem with motor. Error code could be E51,E52,E53 and E54.
Possible causes:
- faulty motor
- motor brushes (very often)
- faulty tachometer (integrated in the motor but is replaceable)
- faulty electronic (Motor power triac short-circuited or motor relay contacts sticking).

Trying to test if motor is bad, motor is getting 115v and U V W are getting 70v when checked to ground, pwm light on board is flashing fast when i turn up speed

The motor should see anything from 0VDC to 90VDC (DC, not AC) while it's running (or SUPPOSED to be running). It's easier to check this sort of thing with a neon test light, though, which can deal with PWM DC regardless of the duty cycle.

When you measure the motor voltage, you should be measuring NOTHING to ground, only across the motor wires.

I have a herritage t101, it displays the Ls error and has no drive whatsoever but was working a few month back

The SCR lower board is designed with diagnostic LED lights. The LED's are color coded according to
their specific function. Green indicates a properly operating treadmill; the green lights should always
be ON when power is supplied to the treadmill. Yellow indicates a treadmill function. Red indicates a
treadmill malfunction. Here is a list of each LED and what it signifies:
MOTOR (yellow) - The MOTOR LED illuminates when dc (direct current) voltage is sent to the drive
motor. The LED gets brighter when the dc output is increased.
RLC (yellow) - The RLC (R = Reactance / L = Inductance / C = Capacitance) LED illuminates when
the filtering system is properly working. The filtering system includes the capacitor and filter choke. If
there is a short in either component then the RLC light will not come on.
DN & UP (yellow) - The DN and UP LED lights tell us if the elevation DN and UP relays are
functioning properly. When the LED lights, it tells us that the relay has energized and is sending high
voltage (110vac or 220vac) to the elevation motor.
AC PWR (green) - The AC PWR (Alternating Current Power) illuminates when AC line voltage is
delivered to the treadmill. It then passes through the in-line fuse (110)/s(220) and lights the AC PWR

All the lights come but belt does not turn. it does not start. i check the magnet and the reed switch and does line up 1/8 inch.

WITH A MULTI-METER CHECK CONTINUITY OF THE MOTOR OR IF YOU HAVE A NEW 9V BATTERY HANDY THAT WILL TURN THE MOTOR HOWEVER SLOWLY, THE MOTOR IS GOOD. NEXT YOU NEED TO DETERMINE IF THE MOTOR CONTROL BOARD IS GOOD IF ALL LEDS ARE LIT THEIR ONE THAT IS PWM LED THE FLICKERS FASTER EVERY TIME YOU INCREASE SPEED AND VISA VERSA. THE UPPER CONSOLE IS SEND A SIGNAL COMMAND TO HE LOWER BOARD. IF THAT PWM IS FLICKERING AND WE HAVE ELIMINATE THE MOTOR THEN MCB IS DEFECTIVE. LAST BUT NOT LEAST TWO OTHER THING WE CAN TRY EITHER A BAD RIBBON OR UPPER CONSOLE!!

Reebok rx3000 treadmill. panel lights up fine. 2 of the 10 speed buttons will not imput and the start button will not start the treadmill. checked the power panel. led lights to voltage light up fine, but...

it is two items in this case. The light on the PWM will light if you force the belt to move. I would start with a lower board replacement. If it works fine then you need a new console. I have seen this when people use the heart touch bars on the treadmill and get a static shock. this can ruin the console.
