Recently downloaded the new iOS unto my 4S but am having problems with Instagram. I have deleted and reloaded Instagram in an attempt to solve the problem with no success. It won't allow me to load pictures from my phone stating that I need to "allow" Instagram. However Instagram does not come up on my screen under setting>privacy>pictures>. Any suggestions?

I would recommend against updating your 4S to iOS 8. If you really want to then I would reset the entire phone (after backup) and then try to update. You can reset the phone to factory by connecting the phone to itunes

there are 2 different ways to delete an App:
1) t's easy to delete apps from the iPad. Simply tap and hold on the Instagram icon for about 2 seconds - see the icons to start to wiggle and tap the X button in the left corner. that's it.
2) For devices running iOS 5 and later, there is also another way to do this is hidden in the Settings app, in the General tab, under: usage.
