Turn off your gotab hold the volume up button and power button down at the same time. Then it should say recovery menu in red letters on the screen? Then press and hold just the power button again to hard reset the device I hope this helps?

You might like to Power it off completely by removing the Battery for a few seconds.

if you're not worried about anything on the computer:
insert the recovery CD, boot the system to the CD, and reinsatll windows.
