How do I delete my kik account?

Hi,
Go onto this website and type in the email you used to create your Kik account: https://ws.kik.com/deactivate

You will get an email, and in the bottom of that email, it says 'deactivate your account'. Press the link, and then just deactivate. That's should do it!

Remove User Accounts from the Login Screen in Windows XP
So you login to your computer every single day, but there’s morethan one account to choose from… either because you got the computerfrom somebody else, or some software package added a user account thatyou really don’t want to see. So how do we hide that other account fromthe login screen?
There’s a simple registry that you can do to hide accounts fromthe login screen, or you could alternatively delete the user account ifyou really don’t need it. Both methods are listed below.

Open up regedit.exe through the start menu Run box, and then navigate down to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NT
CurrentVersionWinlogonSpecialAccountsUserList
On the right-hand side you’ll see a list of keys that correspond touser accounts that are considered “Special” and are not to be shown onthe login screen

Create a new DWORD value with the same name as the user name thatyou want to hide. You’ll note that the actual username in theillustration was “OtherPerson” and not the description that was shownon the login screen.
To unhide the account, simply delete the registry key that you created.

The next time you log off you’ll see that the other account is gone.
Hide User Account with Tweak UI
You can also use the Microsoft Tweak UI PowerToy to do the same thing. (Thanks to Gustav for reminding me to include this)

Just click on the Logon key in the left hand side, and then uncheck the box for “Show <username> on Welcome screen”
Login to Hidden Account
You can still login to the account even though it’s not shown… You’ll just have to use a little trick.
At the login screen, just hit the Ctrl+Alt+Delete combination twicein a row, and you’ll be presented with the old-school login screen, where you have to manually enter the username.

Type the name and password of the other user, and login.
Delete User Account
Alternatively you can always delete the user account if you areabsolutely sure that you don’t need that user account anymore.Right-click on “My Computer” and choose “Manage”

Navigate down through “Local Users and Groups” and then Users, and thenlocate the username in the list that you’d like to get rid of.

Just right-click and choose Delete. Note that this step cannot bereversed, so make sure you only delete accounts you really really don’twant anymore. If you are unsure, you can just hide them using the firstoption above.

Hi i need to restore my Phillips iqor computer to factory settings as i am getting rid if it and don't want to leave my personal information on it

You don't have to go thru all that trouble to get rid of your personal information. First just create a new user account with administrative rights that the person who is getting your computer will use. After you create the new user account reboot the computer and log on with the new account you created. Then Delete your old user account. It will delete all your documents, music, pictures, videos.

Click Start/Control Panel/User Accounts then create the new user account with Administrative Rights (not limited).

Reboot and and log on with the user account you just created.

Click Start/Control Panel/User Account and select the account you want to delete and Delete it. When asked about files to save, you want to delete everything associated with the account you are deleting.

If you have more than one user account you want to delete, do the same thing for it.

My spouse has been using his smart phone to sync with all my accounts, change passwords, create extra accounts and make actual changes to my pc with things that I have been restricted from, and just c

Oh--this must be the problem. Since this is your computer and you wish to have exclusive access, here's how I would manage it:
Be sure there is only one account on the computer--yours. Be sure you choose a good, solid password and DO NOT share it with your spouse.
If he has an account on the computer, delete it.
Be sure your admin account is password-protected. The only way you will see that account is if you start the computer in safe mode and log on as administrator. Don't know if that account is password protected or not, but it should be in a case such as yours. If you neglect this, he can work his way around your security.
Want to be really, really secure? Once you settle the account thing, download the program TrueCrypt from www.turecrypt.org. This will definitely deny access to your computer by anyone! Even if the take the hard drive from the computer, they won't be able to see anything on it. Hope this helps.

I want to clear my hard drive, because I'm giving my computer to someone

You don't really want to clear your hard drive unless the person you are giving it to has an operating system to reload, otherwise the computer is useless to them. What you really want to do is get rid of all of your documents, music, pictures and videos. Here's what you should do. 1) Click Start/Control Panel/User Accounts and select the option to create a new account. Give the new account the name of the person you are giving the laptop to with administrative rights (not a limited account) or give in a generic name such as Owner or User. 2) Once you've created the new account do a restart of your computer and when it comes up log in to the New Account that you created. 3) Now click Start/Control Panel/User Accounts once again, but this time select your old account, then look for the option to Delete User Account. 4) Delete your old user account and delete all associated files when asked. It will take a few minutes but when finished all of your documents, music, pictures and videos will be long gone and your user account will be gone also. Now when you give the computer to the new owner it will be operational and he can start using it.

To delete your Google Account, follow these steps

Sign in on the Google Accounts homepage. If you forgot your password, you can reset it

  1. Click Edit next to the My products list. If you don't see the Edit link,
  2. On the following page, click Close account and delete all services and info associated with it to delete your account.
  3. Confirm your account deletion. To do so you'll need to select these two options: "Yes, I want to delete my account," and "Yes

If you decide that you don't need your Gmail address anymore, and you're sure you won't want your username in the future, you can simply remove Gmail from your Google Account.
  1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of Gmail, then Mail settings, and open the Accounts and Import tab.
  2. Click Other Google Account settings in the 'Change account settings' section.
  3. Click Edit in the My products section.
(If you use Google+, click Visit the previous version of the Google accounts screen link at the bottom of the page to see the My products section)
  4. Click Remove Gmail permanently.

Hi everybody , Thank you for the great app u made for social contact i loved that program since the time i saw but my account had been canceled because of violation but i didn't do any thing...

I am really glad that you love to use the apps. However to reactivate your account we don't have access over to it only the apps developer that can actually activate your account back,

if you want I can provide the support site of the developer so that you can discuss the issue and they will be the one to fix it for you.

The below site is where you can reach their support:

How do I disconnect from facebook

I can't get what exactly you did mean. If you mean to logout, then click "Account" on the Top-Right corner of the page and click "LogOut".

If you mean, you want to delete your facebook account permanently, let me know, since it's risky and once you've done can't be reverted, I don't included it here. Thanks.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.
