Bonjour fayollec. Try kitchenaid.com for ordering parts. You can download a parts catalog for your mixer from this site. If no parts there, try whirlpool.com. Whirlpool owns Kitchenaid.

mendingshed.com has Kitchenaid parts also.

Bon Chance! ricardok45

My KA stand mixer fell over on its side during transportation - it was only on its side about 15 min. I see no oil leaks but it will not start. It is a KA Professional 5 Plus, approx 2 1/2 yr old

I don't think that model will ever have an oil leak, there is far less lubrication in the gears compared to the earlier models. You are going to have to remove the top cover & check all the connections for continuity. One of them may have come unplugged or be a bit loose. Remove the screw at the back holding the trim band on and then the 4 screws you can then see. Lift the cover off & check all the connections you can see. I vaguely remember there being a couple of wires plugged together towards the back that I once found to be the cause of no go.

Broken input shaft

KitchenAid doesn't sell any internal parts for the KitchenAid pasta attachments, the only thing to do is buy a replacement, if it is just the pasta roller you can purchase the KPSA, if not the others are just sold in the KPRA pack

I have a kitchenaid 600 professional stand mixer. I was told that you can only use the dough hook with setting 2 for only 5 minutes. What do you do for recipes requiring a longer time for kneading? Is...

You can knead longer than that, but you run the risk of over heating the mixer because at that point the dough is very firm. Your best bet is to knead it by hand.

I have a Kitchenaid Professional 5 Plus Mixer beaters won't turn

It sounds like it has been overloaded and the worm gear has been stripped. You will need to take the head apart to confirm this.
