Hi Noam, I have had the same problem, I have reseached the problem and found that internet explorer has a glitch. This is what I did, I downloaded Firefox it is free, Then use the firefox icon to connect to the internet, it is different to use on the net but you will soon get used to it. I never use internet explorer now and I uninstalled it completely usnig add remove programs in control panel.
