I have an Echo brand ES-230, Shred 'n' Vac, handheld leaf blower. Recently I was vacuuming dry, dead leaves when the motor suddenly lost power. At first I thought something had been lodged in the shredder teeth, creating a bind that caused the motor to shut off. After disassembling and checking for any obstructions - and finding none - I attempted to start the blower again. The blower will start without any problem, but will not accelerate past an idle, even when the throttle trigger is fully engaged. I've emptied and changed fuel, cleaned the spark plug, and air filter. Any advice?

I have a Echo ES2400, it will start and run/idle, but will not get up to full throttle, it bogs down when you give it full gas. You can slowly give it gas and it will build up some speed, but when you give it full throttle it bogs down. I even put in a new plug, air filter and fule filter, that did not help. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
