You can not get rid of them. Take your tablet back to the stores, it has broken pixels, meaning that their are dead spots on your screen or a loose connection.
HI unfortunatly they are dark black blotches that no light travels through, they are
leakages in the nematic liquid...... you can gently try & massage them away if there still apparent after that then im affrraid Sadly your display is TOAST.
That Black Spot, is most likely a Dead Pixel, as such there is nothing that can be done to remedy it :( Short of screen replacement.
They can occur spontaneously, the Pixel's "Stick" and will not "Flip" when commanded to, thus you have this black looking "Dot" somewhere on the screen.
You have something stuck on your drum. See page 125 of your manual to clean it--it's just isopropyl alcohol on a Q-tip, but don't scrub. This happens (too) often to some people I know.
