could be many dif things lack of fuel, bad plugs, worn out wires, timing off just a bit, ignition coil starting to fail. could be just as simple as not a good enough ground from motor to frame. i would start with a fuel pressure test. then plugs wires timing ect
Not a good sign the arrays are neon based if I recall correctly so it would be not cost effective to fix. If you want to open it up try pushing in the array ribbon cables into their sockets on the boards, one might have slipped out. If you open it up, unplug it first!
just from what you have described, I would say with a lot of certainty that you have vacuum leaks. I have to say, that was a very good dependable car. However the rubber vacuum hoses didnt last the life of the car.
