You can't change the MAX Address. It is the identifier for your piece of equipment, and only only in the whole world. It is a unique identifier. What you can do is change the password to access the device.

New Password Reset Procedure

You will have to call swann about this. I don't use passwords on my security system because of this.

You should find the default admin password in the user manual...
