Look carefully on the left hand side. All the paper from those trays pass up the left. ( you probably know that) The last time I worked on one of those machines paper feeding up from those trays can get stuck you've got to investigate where the paper is stuck coming up from the trays. Open the left door and very carefully see how far the media has traveled, does the lead edge get damaged, dented or spoiled in any way. ( look closely there) don't just rip out the paper, investigate why. Just how far has the media moved from the tray selected. I suspect a torn bit of paper stuck inside. If your machine is difficult to get to you must make room to look properly with a torch if necessary. Pull out trays 1 & 2 fully so you can look without being hindered. Good look!
I have a similar printer. Sometimes the bottom paper tray gets stuck or caught. Make sure the printer is on a flat surface.
1. Turn off the printer. 2. Pull the paper tray all the way out. 3. Take out all the paper and then place the tray back in. 4. Turn the machine on and let it try to print without paper. 5. When the light comes on add paper hit the button and you should be good to go.
When you move the printer normally somethings will brake and get stuck. But 1st things 1st did you check if the tray lifts to take the paper? or try to take the paper atleast? if not then you can try to wiggle the printer a little and you should fine some thing being stuck come out and the printer work well again.

Open the printer door that allows you access to the printer ink cartridges or toner and look for any stuck paper. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.

Pull out the paper tray and look where it is getting stuck to make surre there is not a small peice of paper in the path that is causing the jam. Also clean all the rubber rollers in the tray and where the tray fits in with some rubbing alcohol and a cloth. Make sure you fan the paper thoroughly before loading into the tray. The humidity causes the pages to stick together.
