George Foreman GR30 (model 10999)

Hi I have lost my instruction booklet and I wondered whether anyone had one and if so would be willing to send me the cooking temperatures and times for basic food items such as chicken and sausages (My daughter wants to take it to Uni) Thank you Wendy

you can download a copy of the GR30 manual here:

times are in the neighborhood of 5-6 minutes for burgers, 3.5 minutes for chicken breasts, 3-5 minutes for sausage patties (times from the recipes in the booklet).
