Hello - Maxi Cosi do not produce the adaptors to fit their brand carseats onto another brand stroller. For advice on how to fit your Maxi Cosi carseat to this stroller please contact the manufacturer of the stroller as they would be the company who produce the adaptors.
This model is about three years old and is a very good stroller. This was initially designed to work with the Britax Rock-a-Tot (especially adapted to fit onto the stroller with adapters). This model lasted only one season, was available in Bluebell and Carbon colours ( I think!) and is robust and will more than likely, be able to go through a few children.
My opinion is that if you don't plan to use this with a carseat as a travel system, then go ahead and purchase the product. Check that the weight and size of this is suitable for your needs, and that this will fit into your car boot first.
what you need is a maxi cosy infant seat. these are the ones designed to fit quinny freestyle frames. you will also need attachment bars that you can easily buy on ebay for a coulpe of pound. hope this helps

i have a set of adapters here,will be going on e-bay in next few days,for reasonable price! yes,you do need the adapters for the car seat and the dreami carrycot the same ones fit both.
