Kyocera echosys fs1135 mfp with jam code 0501

Question edited for clarity.

This is not a fuser unit error. Why change the fuser? Was it jamming at the fuser? Change paper to a better quality and make sure it is dry. A sensor is sensing a paper jam because the paper hasn't exited the machine.

4209 - The eject sensor (ES) does not turn on during paper feed from MP tray.

look for broken springs under the foam roller

First you have to find out where the paper jam occurs. Check the Rollers and the clutches, then the sensor for the registration and finally the exit sensor. Clean or replace any defective part.

disconnect fax line turn off then back on

This normally means you have issues with your laser or developer. I would try changing developer first.

farm ware new install

Upgrade to the latest firmware of the FS-6525MFP.

Unplug for 5 mins.
