Pattern lock out

To find this feature, first enter an incorrect pattern or PIN five times at the lock screen. You'll see a "Forgot pattern," "forgot PIN," or "forgot password" button appear. Tap it. You'll be prompted to enter the username and password of the Google account associated with your Android device.

1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times.
2. In incorrect password message will be displayed, Tap OK.
3. Tap Forgot Pattern?
4. Enter your Gmail Username and Password account details that were used when setting up the phone.
5. Tap Sign In.
6. The phone will prompt you to draw a new Pattern Lock. Draw the Pattern and tap Continue.
7. Repeat the Pattern and tap Confirm.

use your username and password with which you have registered for using the play store to unlock it. click on forget pattern and follow the steps

how you fix my innos username & password

i give a a many wrong patterns attempts in my Phone SAMSUNG GALAXY DOUS YOUNG GT-S6102 BUT when i open my phone he shows in screen username Email and password but i forget my username Email and password plz help me

I have forgot our password and user name.so pls solve my problem.immediately.
My phone is samsung GT S 5302.

UNLOCK BY USING MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD

1 - Press Volume + , Home, Power
2 - use volume to select wipe data/factory reset
3 - Yes (delete) all user
4 - It will reboot
5 - Done

the only way I know is to master reset it, create new google account or use the previous one to activate it.
