Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
I had purchased an apple iphone5 in March - 2013, the S. No. is 990002850115930, the model no. is A1492. I had recently downloaded io7 in my phone. While downloading ios7 it had asked for the Passcode and I had put a passcode and was then operating the phone normally. Then due to some reason I had switched off my phone and restarted the same, but it asked the passcode to open the screen, i had forgot the pass code and tried putting the code, it then got disabled and then through the authorised person the retrived to open the phone screen. it is now asking to activate the phone by putting the Apple ID and the Apple Password. It is my mistake that I did not note down any ofthe Apple ID and the password. I had tried putting the apple Id and the password, but now the display comes that the Apple ID is disabled due to security reasons. I know my Apple ID and it is firstname.lastname@example.org. I had tried using my date of birth, but was asking my security questions which I do not recollect as these was also not noted down anywhere. I am now totally helpless and my phone is disabled past 0ne month. Please help me out to retrive my phone. I had tried all means , but could not do anything. one of the authorised APPLE STORE peopel is saying since the IOS7 is downloaded in apple iphone5, the security is tight for any solution. Please help me out and guide me what to do further. My email id is : email@example.com Awaiting for reply for thesame. Regards, R.Manoj kumar.

SOURCE: how can i open apple
If you forgotten the pass-code on the iphone, usually the only option is to restore the iphone.
By default, Itunes is not going to give you the option to restore when you plug your iphone in. What you will have to do is to put that iphone in recovery mode.
Restoring your iphone will delete everything on your iphone! -Hold down the top button and the home button of the iphone together until you see a silver apple logo -when you see the silver apple logo let go of the top button of the iphone and keep holding on to the bottom button of the iphone until you see a usb plug with an up arrow going into itunes -plug into itunes and it will detect a phone in recovery mode -click ok -click restore -click restore and update
I Hope this Helps! Good luck!
