I bought a phone and rica it so when I switch the phone it say not registered on network

I hope I am correct in thinking you reside in South Africa and wish to register your cell phone's SIM card in compliance with the South African Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-Related Information Act (RICA).

From information I have found online, SIM card registration can be done through your cell phone service provider. Apparently, it can also be done through the store where you purchased your cell phone.

Apparently the registration must be done in-person and you will need several items of identification.

switch off your phone, re-insert your sim card, switch on the phone.
go to settings, go to network selection option . now search for networks. select your network and thats it.
if the problem persist, contact your service provider.

Insert a valid sim card and switch on. Ensure u have enough power. The phone will register itself on the network

You must contact tmobile with the phones information. The sim is registered but Network does not reconize your phone as an authorized device.

when i am in uk i used o2network, now i bought it to india.Here my motorola PEBL U6 is unable to access with any network ,it is asking unlock code
