I have a motorola q smartphone for verizon but it didn't come with a cd or manual i can't get it to link to the pc. can anyone please help me

I don't know the unlock code.Unlock code is unique it generated based in IMEI number,network,country it is locked now ,mobile phone brand and model.So i don't know the unlock code.
You can get Unlock code for Motorola XT912 model phone from
Theunlockspot.com and unlock it easily.

Your system software / firmware has become corrupted. You need to download and install replacement firmware for your phone. You need to choose the correct firmware for your exact model and service provider / carrier for it to work.

I wrote fixya tip on how to do this a few months ago, the links are below. But don't use the verizon firmware unless verizon is your carrier - get your carriers firmware from Motorola's MotoQ website.

Or, just take it into your service providers store and get them to do it.
