I have a Fitness Action T10 Treadmill that I need to replace the fuse (I think) as the power is on but nothing is happening. But I can not access the fuse port. Could you please explain how to open the fuse port and if this is not the problem what else could it possibly be. The light is showing on the power switch but no power is showing on the display panel. Thank you.

If there was a fuse in the treadmill it certainly wouldn't cause your main circuit breaker to blow. It sounds like the motor burnt out and shorted- which is causing your house circuit breaker to blow. There is a chance that the ball caused some other damage that is creating the short but my bet is on a burnt out motor. You would need to disassemble the unit and test for short circuits to verify.

Probable Cause A) Incline control error.
B) Insufficient power source.
C) User exceeds weight limit.
D) Unit will not lift.
E) Unit thinks it is always at 0% incline and only lifts up.
F) 3 amp circuit breaker has tripped.
G) CPU board has stuck relay.
H) Lift motor is faulty.
Corrective Action A) Access the incline manual mode in diagnostics by pressing 9, 1, 9, ENTER and then pressing HILL program key. Incline the unit with two people on the unit. B) Ensure treadmill is connected to a dedicated 120V, 20 Amp circuit.
C) Advise user of unit's weight limit of 300lbs (137kg).
D) Perform the lift test procedure by pressing 9, 1, 9, ENTER and then pressing HILL program key.
E) Inspect the home switch for smooth operation and inspect the wiring of the home switch for damage or poor connections. Inspect the lift motor cable connections and for the presence of the suppressor board (should only be 1).
F) Test the circuit breakers and replace if necessary.
G) Replace the CPU board.
H) Replace the lift motor.

Please Reset the C. breaker or see the fuse if has.
2) Please RETIGHT the connector coming from the Controller board Motor from the hood, UPPER lever where the console connector is there very well, See if there are some wires loose, or desolder, and cleaned very well.
3) If everything is right, TEST the 8-12Vdc to the Console Board. if there the Console Board is Faulty.
If there are NOT the Controller board is Faulty, and Replace, since some IGTBs is faulty.

You need to check the fuse in the lower section. Once you have done that you will need to call yukon fitness and order a lowert board from them. This is an easy repair you can do your self.
