Panasonic workio dp-1820, double sided printing take off

On panasonic workio dp-1820, how do you get if off of printing of both sides of the paper , instead of printing only one sheet, i need it to print on 2 sheets

your interlock switch of the front door is not working. u have to remove the front cover and then short or replace the interlock switch.

may i ask what type of connection did you use? (usb or network)
if it is usb, you may double check if your download link is correct:

select gdi with installer
select for right OS. that's it
