Look at the bottom of the tank they have a red valve or a plug. Once is off and cool down, Open the valve or remove the plug. Open the steam valve (to allow the air in)to speed up the process.
To increase dispense pressure you turn the adjustment screw at the pump. When pulling a shot (use espresso) on one group the bottom needle of the gauge should read 9bars while pulling the shot.
Check the thermostat on the top of the back boiler, if the red pin is up then, make sure that there is water in the boiler then push in pin and turn machine on. Now comes the exciting part we have to find out why the boiler overheated, is it because the elements are damaged or the pressure stat is not working properly.
hello you need to check your flor meters. they could be scaled or dirty. you need to dismantle flowmeter that is on the side that is not working and clean it. make sure the water main is off and power is shut off. hope this helps.
