Samsung le37a457 negetive picture whene first turned on for about 4 mins then all clears

Hi,

There should be a setting on your TV that is called Picture Flip. See if you can access it with your Sharp remote (not a Universal remote)

Press MENU
Scroll left or right to SETUP
Scroll up or down to PICTURE FLIP
Scroll up or down to STANDARD
Press ENTER
Press MENU
That should turn your picture normal. Let us know if it worked.

possibly capacitors in power supply circuit. look for capacitors with bulging tops & replace.

Check its main power regulator board for less voltage output than there should be. Download its service manual for details.

There is some shorted component/s on the main power regulator section. Locate them and replace.

CRT

monitor weak and crt might be 3-4 yrs old.

Bad Capacitors on the power supply board 1000uf 10v Look for any of them that are puffed up on top there is 4 in that circuit

The first place to start is with the Main bd. The second cause would be the T-con bd. Have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot to find out and repair the set.

try to resolder your vertical output IC thats a commen problem when the tv does that
