Our GE dishwasher never did clean correctly. Then it died. WE bought a new dishwasher different brand . New dishwasher is cleaning great clean dishes now. GE Dishwashers sucks!
The only way we have been able to fix this is to turn off the breaker to the dishwasher for 5 minutes and then turn the power back on. The dishwasher should reset.
No recalls on any GE Profile model dishwashers. (there may have been service bulletins, but no recalls) Also, you missed the first two letters of the serial number.
You can go to this web site http://www.geappliances.com/products/recall/ to find info on any GE recall.
Mine was doing the same thing. It was eligible for a recall.

I talked with a GE techy, and was told to either turn off the circuit breaker or unscrew the fuse for the power to the dishwasher, wait 45 seconds, then turn the power back on. GUESS WHAT? IT WORKED!!! try it.
