call the 2 phone numbers on the front. white sticker Eagle Security, you may have to pay a service call or a new keypad. if you are paying more that $15.00 per month, look at buying simplisafe. It is what I have in my home, no problems. It also uses a cell phone inside base station to call out, not phone lines.
1. Any time your phones gets wet or by accident the phone falls off in a pool of water the best remedy is to take the batteries off immediately, don't turn the power key on, and wait for 24 hours for the phone to dry out completely.
2.If that does not work then you might need to Change the keypad,go to the nokia service center and you would get it replaced.
Could be moisture or dust that has accumulated over time under the key pad. Unless you're comfortable removing the cover/shell then you'd want to have someone with the requisite skills to do this for you... but.. you can clean the keypad membrane once you take it apart. There are occasionally some small parts inside, so be careful. (remove the battery first!)
Lay out a clean white towel so you won't lose anything as you work. Use a mild soap solution or diluted alcohol solution to clean the keypad and let dry thoroughly before reassembling. Lightly clean the phone surface (not the plastic or glass screen) if you see anything dirty, sticky, discolored.
Normally I'd advise being careful with this as opening it up will void most warranties, but given that the longest warranty I know of is a year, you're past that point now.
You don't have to have dropped it in water, or had it out in the rain for moisture to be able to get inside of the case. It happens over time to the best of devices.
i know the water sticker is still white because you didnt get the actual sticker wet... in order to get the sticker to turn red... the sticker has to be wet...!
Ive had 2 silver razrs and my first did the exact same thing it's a sensor intenally that wears out ecspecialy on the silver ones dont ask why? But i sent my back and replaced it. If you pay insurance everymonth like me use it!!
sorry to say this but a wet phone is ruined. You will have to take it to a tech at your phone server. They will either repair it or you will have to get another one. Water and phones do not go together at all. Sux.
