I no longer have the abillity to program the buttons on my keyboard!? Apparently there is some Windows update that takes the "buttons" part out of your tools I have heard. I used to be able to program my buttons by going into either my control panel OR by being in my browser and going to "tools' then "options" and then it was in there... but they're right, it's gone. I want my "Email" button to go to Yahoo not Outlook as I don't use it. The internet button goes to Mozilla like it's supposed to but the email one won't. How/where do I go to fix this??
Use anvir free or somesuch to identify what's running in the background listening for those out-of-ordinary keystrokes and mapping them to programs, and download the updated version of that, or just go to VersionTracker.com and pick a multimedia key mapping program that's free and isn't rated horribly.
Who doesn't leave e-mail and browsers open, anyhow?
