A 0xc0000185 error is usally a regestry error and there are two possible fixs, 1 is to reinstal windows or if you have a system reserve partiton you can resore windows with that both of these may and proberbly will lead to data loss, 2 is you can use a registry repairing program such as CCleaner to repair the registry,
