My f&p gw611 Fills up but then wont wash.the 2nd to last(orange lite)and last light above spin(red light)on the wash progress line and the bottom light(green) on the water level line came on.it works properly and goes thro all cycles sumtimes but most of the time it doesnt do anything after it fills.
Most possibly be Error code 56,
Is common in 11 series machines & early series 12.
Is your machine beeping & showing a weird pattern of lights on the wash cycle, It is displaying an error code,
To read this error code you start at the red spin light & work to the left only add up the lights that are on. Red spin light = 1 2nd rinse light =2 1st rinse light =4 last wash light=8 4th wash light=16 3rd wash light=32 2nd wash light=64 1st wash light=128
Let me know your error code tour getting
SOURCE: model GW611 the first and second last led flashes.
If by first led you mean green to the left & amber to the right then that is fault code (130) & i think it is (Rotor Position Sensor) If you meant first to the right that would be red & green, code 65.no that doesn't sound right.its 130 & im sure thats rotor sensor.

Hi - this sounds more likely to be a faulty motor control module, its overheating and a electronic component is failing. Only way is to fit a new control module to eliminate the possibilty, another probable cause may well be the RPS sensor failing as it goes into spin mode.
Really need to do a few tests with a multi-meter, see if the motor/stator windings are ok, a faulty RPS at times will give a similar head ache..

Fisher & Paykel GW612 - The short and spin light is ON, together with a beeping sound. Appreciate any help to retify this problem

The problem can be determined through the Wash Progress LEDs. The specific lit LEDs combination indicates an specific error code that tells what generally the problem is. But the exact
positions of the lit LEDs are necessary in determining the exact code. Refer to the
illustration below and post back the code or the exact positions of the
lit LEDs. You may Google for the error code once you determine it, like "Fisher and Paykel Fault Code 37".
