Washer tub level

either unit is unlevel or one of the tub supports has come disconnected .... these washers have a slanted top lid so you must put level at side of washer on front and both sides and check front to back with level at side cabine seam as your leveling point

If your tub is level, then check the feet of the machine. If they are not leve, you will get the same error. Use a level if needed to check.

on most top load washer the level of water should be no more tha 13 inches of water on a empty tub.the rule of thumb is there should be between two to three holes visible above the water line

adjust the water level control...the thing with a small hose on it that goes to the tub

there are some springs that help hold the tub even as it spins also make sure that the washer is level check front to back side to side and corner to corner if it is unlevel they will be out of balance in high speed spin
