My nokia n70 is unable to run sis files

Actually i want to download themes from different sites for my nokia N70 mobile but unfortunately its not installing the sis files and giving this message"installation security error,unable to install".i hope you will solve this problem very soon.

Try this tricks i have the same problem then:

1. go to tools > application manager > settings > software installation....
2. change it from signed only to all

Each mobile supports a specific format of theme.Mobiles donot support all formatt themes.So,The theme which you transfered from the other mobile is not supported by N70.

If your phone didnt recognize the SIS file format, you need to upgrade your phone set from nokia official site...

Install the software update and then go through it...

Themes showing as corrupt file while installation
theeme file had got virus... so u format ur mobile.... format code. *#7370#


ur mobile wil be formated. but the default softwares wil not be deleted... thank u

May be the file u r download is might be corrupt so download from other location or tell me which sis file u want i will give u better download location.

While installing theams, it shows "file corrupted"
some .sis files are not compatible with nokia n70 there are different versions of symbian OS. maybe the themes you download is not compatible/

Problem with Nokia N70
nokia N70 uses S60 ver 2.8 OS. so install DivX player with .sis extension eg:- divx0.89.sis. if u want to install .sisx file then it will show errors because these files r optimezed for S60 ver 3.
