Gangsters 2 wont install on my laptop because I have windows Vista but a message came up and said that I could install it using different settings 4 my windows but I deleted it some how and now I cant get that message 2 appear again can you help me please

If your laptop isn't booting from your Windows Disc, it is not because of corrupt registry. It is because the BIOS settings.

1. Restart your laptop.
2. The screen where the logo of manufacturer is displayed press and hold F10.
In most BIOS it would lead you to the BIOS setup screen.
3. Find anything which sounds similar to Boot Order. (Different BIOS use different names).
4. Select the Optical Media Drive to be the first one to be checked for bootable media.
5. Save the settings and restart.

Sir if you install the game then also you should need the CD Rom to play that game.

im having the same problem

Gangster 2 has a codelok/copylok Protection on the discs that can figure out if your CD is a copy. Basically you would need to get around this by cloning the original in a certain way. Im not sure how to do it but here is a link with some settings and info. Cheers :)

I had almost the exact same problem when I tried playing on the weekend, I could play immediately after installing but after I closed the game when I tried to reload it I had the CD-Rom missing message....

I managed to get round it eventually by changing my display settings to 800x600 pixels.

To do this right click on the desktop and go to personalize, then go to display settings, then slide the resolution right down to 800 by 600....

i have download gangster 2 from torrent now after setup he is asking for 2 cd which i dont have..so what i have to do.

1. It's the main problem with Vista! It don't support applications / softwares which are 16-bit (Only 32-bit applications are supported!).

2. It hardly support any application older than Windows XP (which runs on Windows 95/98/NT/Me)!

3. Try to download the updated version of your applications from internet which are Windows Vista compatible.

4. Then install these updated versions.

when you install skype on your system then sum firewall settings are changed by the program (for sending the data through port:..  ) but may be that settings are not madded by the software skype so when you use skype windows firewall share his send report that your computer outgoing port may be send sum data without your information so they give the message of detecting malware

1:reinstall skype and before then u unstall it (old)  ...else...
2:download skype and than install ..... download from..
