Replace the fuse on the transfer unit
open the right door remove 2 silver screws
open the left door remove the waste toner bottle
pull out the transfer unit there is a small black cover on your right hand side with a small black screw holding it take the cover off remove the fuse and replace it with exact type
reverse the steps power the machine wait for it to warm up and go to ready yo copy
go to utilities and life counters and you will see it reset to 0

try with trouble reset
turn off the machine, press and keep pressed utility counter, turn on the machine
on the display you'll see the Trouble reset button on the display, touch it and turn off and on the machine
check if error disappear

You need to go into tech rep mode to reset.
press: stop 0 0 stop 0 1, then 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0, press enter, then press counter on the left, select life, then highlight image trans roller and press the C button, repeat for paper dust remover and exit tech rep mode

I had the same recently.
Problem is caused by a paper which stuck behind the paper tray. It
happens when You put to much paper od while moving (for example).
Solution: take out the paper tray 1 and 2, remove the paper from the
space behind the trays.

Hope this helps. Make sure you remove the waste tank prior to taking out the transfer belt. Belt is removed by two screws inside right door and sliding the unit out.

You have to remove the fuser, and replace the counter reset fuse that is soldered into the wiring harness, then re-install the fuser. 10 minute job but not a one I would recommend unless you know the machine pretty well. Depending on your location and service options I would try to find a local independant repair person who can do this for you. I reset 20 to 30 of these fusers per year. Note you can also reset your transfer belt unit as well as your Imaging Units as well.
