This indicates a short somewhere in the speaker wires according to the manual. Check connections at the harness of the deck (if you are powering the speakers from the deck) for shorts, or if there are no connections ensure that the loose wires are taped off to prevent shorting (touching other wires, or metal). If you are using an external amplifier you can shut the internal amp off in the deck as well (This will improve the deck's performance).
The code E.03 or means that the speaker cable is shorted, or that the speaker cable output is in contact with the vehicle ground. You may need to get a new speaker cable. First check the output for the speaker cable and make sure that it is not touching the ground wire output. If you are sure it is free of contact, the cable is probably shorted.
Hi was the fan running fine before overheating problems if so sounds like the fan has gone open amp up take fan out and take to a elec store for replacement
The amp probably won't know if it's you or the homeless guy, so try smashing a glass bottle on it like he did. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend you locate another homeless guy and buy another amp.
the manual say it means that the speaker cord is shorted, or when the speaker output is in contact with the vehicle ground, i hope you can solve the problem with the info i just gave. good luck
