I've misplaced my S4 phone, people say that the phone has a tracking device, can you assist me in finding same

The only way you can track it is IF you installed and linked it to a program before it was stolen. For example: I-Phone has an app called find my phone. But if you have not activated it first, it wont work, same with other types of programs.

if you registered a samsung account and set up the buildt in tracking and remote control in the phone. you may remotely track and manage your phone at the find my phone page

there may be some way of turning pairing on the tracking band or it might do it automatically .

or If you were using and Android based phone, you would have enabled "Find my mobile" in settings>device>security, GPS must also be on
If it was an Apple, there is "Find my phone" after you login to iCloud

If you didn't register to and enable some sort of Anti-Theft service or have it insured, you are at a loss.

Even with an IMEI, Police can only track the phone if they were physically looking for it and checking the number on them. This is the only way the IMEI is used... physical checking

Contact your service provider to report your phone stolen, so you don't end up getting billed if the lost phone is being used by someone. Ask for required paperwork of your phone/contract and report it to the police, who will put out an APB for it

If you had this app turned on when it was stolen You can track it from online. I am unaware if this works If the phone is off. But it will be on eventually.

You need to contact nokia to track it . The can track it is using your IMEI network . When you lodge complaint case with the nokia . They will block the phone using IMEi number . If someone tries to use that phone nokia company can find it .
