I have SDR-H60, installed the videocam suite on my PC but cant us

I have the problem with not compatiable with Window XP and service pack 3. After installation I try to open the software and get the following error message "MS visual c++ runtime library..runtime eror. abnormal program termination". Any help? Reboot your system and then connect your camera again. Make sure your camera is not connected while you install the driver. Let me know how it turns out.
