1) You can go to the hardware store, and get a rubber O-ring that is slightly smaller than the drive belt.
2) Cut the ring off of a rubber balloon.

2) You may want to give some thought to a kit, (You may not)
The belt usually averages about 95 Cents.

It may be more advantageous to buy a kit, with 33 belts of various dimensions for that shipping cost, for one example.
