My unit would display e001 and e003 errors. Cleaning the filter and replacing the ceramic ozone plate did not fix it. Ended up taking the board out and inspecting it. Three capacitors were bad. After replacing, the system is working again.

I was hoping this would work. I replaced 5 of them that looked questionable with puppy tops and unfortunately it did not work for mine.

Can anyone tell me the specs on the resettable fuse on this board? Mine is beyond recognition.

There is always the possibility that the main control board has failed in that unit. The unit generates very high voltage and negative charges that leave the grid to trap small particles. With that in mind the board can accumulate a static charge and be ruined. Can you run it? I would not. There are cases where units similar to yours have caused fires.

Fresh Air purifier YD-700A need warranty contact information unit not working

Seems like you have to take it back to where you bought it friend. I doubt you will get any joy from the Manufacturer.
If in UK, then you are AUTOMATICALLY covered by Consumer Law for 1 Year. So take it to the retailer for a refund.

Looks like it is made in China by....

Ecoquest Fresh Air Air Purifier turning itself off and on rapidly

There is a problem with the main circuit board. Ecoquest will replace the circuit board. If the Fresh Air is still under warranty you have to pay shipping. If it is not under warranty, you'll have to pay all of the repair cost. You'll need to call to get an RMA number before you send it in, either way.

This looks like a control board error. It needs to come in for repair. be careful not to turn it on, the RCI cell ( the blue light in the back) will stop working if it is switched off and on fast.

Call the company 1-800-989-2299 and get an RMA number. If you are under three years, you are still under warranty.

Noise

The first Fresh Airs were almost silent, then Jackson switched to a noisier fan. Everyone complained, but... now Jackson's out. He also switched to cheaper LED equip- hence THOSE problems! The Tech people know the problem, they should be able to help. 800-989-2299
