Error code C-0322 has come up during a print run. Do you know what this means?

Error code 2000-0322 is a LCD INVERTER error but you wanna buy both just in case. I hope this is helpful.

There is a thin (1/4"wide) plastic strip running across the width in front of and below the drive belt. This is part of the optical encoder that tells the print-head where it is. If you look closely, there are fine black vertical lines on this strip. If the strip gets a piece of crud on it, you get an error during the start-up sequence. Gently clean this strip with a damp lint-free tissue. This also will fix a gap in the printing running lengthwise (not across the page like a clogged head).

And,... did you consider to buying new one,... try with Canon image runner 3225N. Its a NORMAL copier. :-)

I had the same error and I could find no information on what it was or how to fix it so I decided to go trial and error. What I found is that this relates to the print head not being able to completely pass from the left to right side during startup. I had a plastic carriage on the one side that was stuck in a position that stop the carriage from make the complete run from side to side. When I forced the plastic carriage down and it clicked into place the error stopped and the printer started up normally with no codes. If anything is causing the print head to not travel completely from left to right during startup, this will probable cause the code. It will be hard to see if the print head is being obstructed if you don't remove the sides. I hope this helps.

You need to replace the LCD inverter; it is the small board that the LCD monitor plugs into and the inverter plugs into the motherboard. Here's one for $10. Oh, and please take a moment to give this solution a fixya rating. Thanks! :c)
