My Solo system does the same. Talked to Bose, they had me download and upload new software to the unit. Worked yesterday; today no. Anyone have any suggestions?

This is a common problem with the Bose Solo as mine does this from time to time. Suggest calling Bose support and giving them the information of removing AC power for a few minutes to reset the unit and see what they have to say.

You can go to the repair shop for fix it. Since this unit can be defective by IC, ROM or RAM. or audio circuit+power supply or defective solder.

I have had this happen several times now. Unplug the Bose power plug for a few minutes, then plug the power back in and turn the Bose back on. It has reset the Bose unit everytime and the audio is back.
