If you mean the LCD on the back of the camera is going off and on, then you need to have the camera looked at.

How to fix my Samsung tv ..picture goes in and out intermittently

The inverter board is responsible for the backlight so you can see the picture. If the picture just goes off intermittently then that means that the backlight is being turned off. And since the inverter board powers the backlighting you might want to look there.

Bought an 07 klx 250 and noticed that the snorkel for the air box is missing. Could this be causing erratic idling. Once the choke is pushed in it idles erraticaly

It is possible. The jets are designed for a specific amount of air flow. Without the snorkel, you may be getting too much air.

Speedometer senser is jumping erraticaly

I had an Audi doing exactly the same. What happened was that through time, especially if the vehicle gets older with a higher milage, dust and dirt gets into the speedometer itself and causes all the small gears to get sticky. I opened it and lubricated all the small moving parts inside and all were ok. Try it before buying a new speedometer. (I'm talking about the speedometer clock itself) Hope this info might help.

Need to know where the ribbons plug into the canon sd600 lcd screen

What ribbon cables are you trying to install? Would this be the LCD+Backlight cables? Or the Lens+CCD cables?

As for the lens cover, http://stores.ebay.com/DarnToothySam has lens flap/cover repair, email him if you don't see your camera there.
