if icloud locked you will need to really remember the password

this is apple's lock, i will not want someone to open up my iPad if it is stolen, if not contact apple directly they will assist you after some checks, remember that the code can be reset if you know the apple id and password for that iPad.

You will need to do a restore if you cannot remember your password.
